Cancellations Made 48+ Hours in Advance: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. 2. Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours in Advance: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. 3. Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: If the trailer is already en route or arrives at the scheduled location and cannot be delivered due to a customer cancellation or no-show, no refund will be issued. 4. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your rental at least 24 hours in advance at no additional charge (subject to availability). Multiple reschedules may incur a fee. 5. Weather Exceptions: If inclement weather prevents safe delivery or pickup, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. ​ 6. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible.
