We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and debit cards, including PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and Tap 2 Pay.
We also offer flexible payment options through Buy Now, Pay Later services such as Klarna, and Affirm (subject to approval).
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Cancellations Made 48+ Hours in Advance: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
2. Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours in Advance: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
3. Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: If the trailer is already en route or arrives at the scheduled location and cannot be delivered due to a customer cancellation or no-show, no refund will be issued.
4. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your rental at least 24 hours in advance at no additional charge (subject to availability). Multiple reschedules may incur a fee.
5. Weather Exceptions: If inclement weather prevents safe delivery or pickup, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible.

If you're not satisfied with your rental experience, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right — whether that means replacing the trailer, adjusting your rental terms, or offering a partial refund where appropriate.
